This acquisition will be for a 12-month period of performance. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR PArt 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice is not a request for a quote or proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the Oncotype DX testing services can provide supporting documents demostrating their capabilities which would be used for any future acquisitions.
