Pre-Solicitation Award Notice for Sterilization Analyzer Maintenance Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Branch), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award to Advanced Sterilization Products Services (ASP), Inc. for sterilization analyzer maintenance. ASP is currently the only authorized provider of service within the United States for the ST100NX ALLClear 1-DR DUO systems that is currently used at Bassett Army Community Hospital, Fort Wainwright, AK. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
