Presolicitation Notice: W81K0222Q0095 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0222Q0095 to Varian Medical Systems., in the amount of $197,277.00 for Base Year, and two available Option Years for Preventive Maintenance Services on the VariSource iX BrachyVision System for the Department of Radiobiology Services / Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. Developed by Varian Medical Systems, and proprietary by company signed letter this system is for use in providing patient radiation treatments of various cancers throughout the human body. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
