This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with Firm Fixed Prices for Radiometer Arterial Blood Gas Analyzer Reagents for Korea. The solicitation number for this request for quotation (RFQ) is W81K0222Q0085. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6515 and the NAICS code of 325413. This procurement is unrestricted BRAND NAME ONLY. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 325413. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Government intends to award an IDIQ Firm, Fixed-Price contract to the successful offeror. The Department of Pathology at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), Korea has a requirement for Radiometer Arterial Blood Gas Analyzer Reagents. The Radiometer Reagents are the only brand of reagents compatible to the existing government-owned Radiometer Arterial Blood Gas Analyzer(s). The Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing no later than 25 May 2022 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Vendors are invited to submit information demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement in the form of a capability response that addresses the specific requirement identified in this notice.
