GENERAL INFORMATION Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal contract for Healthcare Association of Hawaii Membership Services. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 July 2022 through 31 December 2027 (Base and four (4) one-year option periods, plus the FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend). The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Healthcare Association of Hawaii (HAH), as HAH is the only organization that can provide its own membership and there are no other sources or organizations that can provide these services. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
