All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. --------------------------------------------------Break------------------------------------------- This requirement is for Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM) Services for the Department of Anesthesia and Operative Services (DOAOS) at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Joint Base Lewis- McChord, WA. The Contractor shall provide a spinal monitoring machine, the PERSONAL Services of an Electroneurodiagnostic Technician to monitor the patient during surgical procedures, and the NON-PERSONAL Services of a Neurologist to monitor the patient during surgical procedures from a remote location. The Healthcare Providers (HCPs) performing services under this contract must have prior experience providing Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring Services (IONM). These services will be conducted on an on-call basis for both scheduled and emergency surgeries. The performance schedule will vary depending on if it is a scheduled or emergency surgery. Anticipated Period of Performance is from 16 March 2022 – 15 March 2023, plus four subsequent one-year option periods, ending 15 March, if exercised.
