Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0222Q0038 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0222Q0038 to Joint Restoration Foundation Inc., in the amount of $30K for an 03 Priority requirement of Allograft Tissue Implants for patient specific surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. Based on the patients’ medical history, the Surgeon and Surgical Team will determine the best FDA Approved implants to be used in the procedure to achieve a positive surgical outcome & recovery. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
