The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for Hologic Panther System to support the Clinical Engineering Department at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), USAG Camp Humphreys, South Korea. This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 February 2022 – 31 January 2023 (Base Period), with four (4) one-year option periods. Required qualifications includes but is not limited to: (1) The contractor shall provide Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for Hologic Panther System in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). (2) The contractor shall provide trained personnel for on-site support, to include labor, travel, tools, hardware, firmware, materials, supplies, parts and test, measurement, & diagnostic equipment (TMDE) necessary to perform all operations in connection with scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and/or calibration (CAL) procedures as well as unscheduled repair visits as needed in order to maintain the listed equipment and/or its components if any, in a fully functional state, in accordance with (IAW) the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. (3) The contractor shall provide all tools, parts and labor required to perform Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), to be scheduled on a semi-annual basis for the Hologic Panther System and the all related components. The scheduled service shall include labor, travel, inspection, replacement of parts, and calibration to maintain the government owned equipment and associated components under this contract in a continuous working state. All completed work shall be certified to meet OEM specifications. (4) The Contractor shall ensure repair technicians have been fully trained and experienced in testing and repairing the equipment and components on contract. All installation personnel shall be fully certified by the manufacturer (HOLOGIC) to install or work on systems of this type, and must be either employees of the system manufacturer, or have completed a manufacturer administered training program. The chosen representative(s) by the contractor shall maintain training certificate from the manufacturer for the equipment specified on the contract. (5) The Contractor and contract personnel shall abide by all 65the MED BDE/MEDDAC-Korea standards, rules and procedurals. Such regulations include, but are not limited to, general safety, fire prevention, waste disposal, infection control, JC, and patient safety initiatives. The contractor shall ensure all personnel performing services under this contract shall be informed of the guidelines and contractual requirements set forth in the PWS and contract, including but not limited to, all safety/security protocol and credential verification procedures. The proposed acquisition will be full and open competition. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 811219 and the annual size standard is $22M. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
