Period of performance is 01 October 2022 through 30 September 2023 (base), four (4) one-year options, and FAR 52.217-8. The contractor will be required to provide maintenance and repair services for Government owned V-PRO maX Sterilization Systems, to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and/or maintain the Government owned equipment in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications.
