Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Branch), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0221Q0255 to The Henry M. Jackson Foundation For The Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc in the estimated amount of $120,480.00 for the purchase of an Non-Personal Clinical Research Assistant for the Department of Clinical Investigation for a follow-on continuing investigative study for clinical research at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), JBLM, Tacoma, WA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.501(a)(1), sole source .
