The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with Firm Fixed Prices for Siemens Blood Gas Analyzer Reagents for the period covering 01 October 2021 to 30 September 2022 for Tripler Army Medical Center, HI. The statutory authority permitting this award without providing full and open competition is FAR 13.106-l(b)(l)(i), which authorizes the government to award contracts when the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements.
