Presolicitation Notice under Solicitation: W81K0221Q0199 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0221Q0199 to SynDaver Labs Inc., in the amount of $45,000.00 for 1 year Base, with 2 available Option Year(s) on Preventive Maintenance & Repair Services on their Synthetic Human, Surgical Manikin Model in use at the Anderson Simulation Center, Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma WA. These services are required in maintaining preventive maintenance and repair operational condition of the SynDaver Manikin as part of continuing surgical training for the medical residents, surgeons and professional nursing staff. The PM services are proprietary by letter to be done only by the manufacturer SynDaver Labs Inc. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
