Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.501(a)(1)(ii), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Branch), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed award under solicitation W81K0221Q0192 to Central Admixture Pharmacy Services for a base period plus three year option periods in the estimated amount of $627,354.00 for Pre-Mixed Intravenous (IV) Fluids. Central Admixture Pharmacy Services is the only organization that is capable of providing the Pre-Mixed Intravenous (IV) Fluids within the time constraints required by the Department of Pharmacy, Madigan Army Medical Center. The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority 13.501(a)(1)(ii). This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
