Pre-Solicitation Notice to award under Solicitation W81K0221Q0182 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.501(a)(1)(ii), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Branch), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed award under solicitation W81K0221Q0182 to Association of University Physicians for a base period plus one year option periods in the estimated amount of $400,000.00 for Laboratory Testing and Consultation Services Association of University Physicians, encompassing the University of Washington Medical Center and Harborview Medical Center, is the only organization that is capable of providing all requested tests, results and consultation within the time constraints required by Madigan Army Medical Center. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority 13.501(a)(1)(ii) This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
