Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K02221Q0156 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0221Q0156 to University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, in the amount of $197,536.08 for a R&D Non-Contact Predictive Analytics 1 year study project at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. This study seeks the capability for time-constrained critical illnesses and injuries by developing control and experimental patient video and clinical datasets for prediction of physiologic deterioration. This study is lead and co-founded by Dr. Daryhl Johnson, MD, MPH Associate Professor of Surgery, Trauma Medical Director & Medical Director, of Acute Care Surgery of the University of North Carolina. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
