Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K02221Q0131 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0221Q0131 to LivaNova USA Inc, in the amount of $42,000.00 for Cyberonics LivaNova VNS 106 Aspire SR ® System implants that will be used in the Operating Room during patient surgical procedures at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. The LivaNova VNS 106 Aspire SR ® System is used for Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) therapy to reduce the frequency of seizures in adults and children over the age of 4 years, and is a sole source proprietary product available through LivaNova USA Inc. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
