This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Health Contracting Office – Pacific, Bldg 339, 146 Clark Road, Fort Shafter, Hawaii 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed-price contract for AMSCO Drying Cabinets. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is W81K0221Q0117. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6515, size standard is 1,000 employees and the NAICS code of 339113. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Brand Name or Equal. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating is not applicable. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price for purchase of AMSCO Drying Cabinets to be delivered no later than 30 September 2021 to Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Contract Requirement – The successful offeror shall be required to provide AMSCO Drying Cabinets with the minimum requirement given in the attachment; W81K0221Q0117Att1.
