Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K02221Q0113 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0221Q0113 to The Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston Mass., in the amount of $70,000.00 for the proprietary development of a Biopolymer Pectin reagent to deliver and function as a sealant despite extreme physiologic forces in the repair of traumatic visceral organ injuries for use in patient surgical procedures at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
