Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Branch), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed award under solicitation W81K0221Q0072 to SENCORPWHITE, Inc for a base period plus four-one year option periods in the estimated amount of $104,646.00 to purchase software and software maintenance for Warehouse Librarian System . SENCORPWHITE , Inc has proprietary rights of the software for the Warehouse Librarian that is currently used at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), JBLM, Tacoma, WA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
