Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K02221Q0064 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price BPA Call award under solicitation W81K0221Q0064 to Allergan Inc, in the amount of $100,000.00 for an 03 priority purchase of Natrelle ® Breast Tissue Inspire Implants, Sizers / Expanders, and All0-Derm Allograft Tissues for urgent patient surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. The Surgeon and Surgical Team have made the determination that these specialty implants will meet the salient characteristics for the surgical requirements to complete the patient’s surgical procedure which will result in a positive and full recovery. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
