Ark Diagnostics, Inc. is the sole provider of these Fentanyl II Assay Kits. The award permitting this award without providing full and open competition is cited in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) which authorizes the government to award contracts when there is only one source reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization).
