Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K02221Q0052 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0221Q0052 to Stryker Corporation, in the amount of $118,000.00 for a 1yr Preventive Maintenance & Repair on their MAKO Robotic Arm System & Components for the Department of Anesthesia & Operative Services (DOAS) at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. The Biomedical Engineering Department has made the determination that this service is proprietary by the OEM Stryker Corporation for all maintenance, parts & repairs as documented by company signed letter. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
