GENERAL INFORMATION Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for the services of Springer Nature electronic journal subscriptions for selected journals for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Honolulu, Hawaii in accordance with the specific tasks listed in the performance-based statement of work. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 February 2021 through 31 January 2022, plus two one-year options, plus the FAR 52.217-8 option to extend. The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Springer Nature Customer Service Center, LLC. Springer Nature publishes the selected journals required by TAMC. The contents of the journals are the intellectual property of the publisher. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
