Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0221Q0037 to Ulrich Medical USA, in the amount of $150,000.00 for an 03 priority purchase of Pezo PEEK & Tezo Lumbar Interbody Fusion System implants for urgent patient surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. The Surgeon and Surgical Team has made the determination that these specialty implants will meet the salient characteristics of the surgical requirement to complete the patient’s surgical procedure that will lead to a positive and full recovery. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
