GENERAL INFORMATION Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Training Services for the Department of Behavioral Health at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii in accordance with the specific tasks listed in the performance-based statement of work. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 October 2020 through 30 September 2021. The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Rosenzweig Center for Rapid Recovery, LLC, as they own the proprietary interest as owner and developer of the intellectual property and copyright materials of the following ART training sessions: 3-day Basic ART Training, 2-day Advanced ART Training, and 2-day ART Enhancement Training. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS code of this procurement is 611430 and the size standard is $12M.
