The Regional Health Contracting Office – Pacific intends to award a sole source contract to B-line Medical LLC to provide B-line SimCapture Software and Hardware Support Services for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Honolulu, Hawaii. The anticipated period of performance consists of a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods with performance commencing in August 2020. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, is applicable to this prospective contract. B-line Medical LLC is the sole manufacturer of SimCapture software and hardware installed at TAMC. No other company has the software rights or are authorized by B-line Medical LLC to work on their SimCapture product.
