This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for Facility Cleaning in Support of COVID19 for various areas in Hawaii, Japan, and Korea. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation number is W81K02-20-Q-0116. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 561720 and the annual size standard is $19.5 Million. This procurement is 100% SB Set-Aside. The Government intends to award Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements. Contract Requirements - The successful offerors shall be required to provide non personal services, all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to provide deep and enhanced cleaning services related to COVID-19. Services shall be performed for Tripler AMC and/or CPL Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic Campus, Camp Zama, and/or Camp Humphreys in a manner that will restore a satisfactory facility condition that presents a clean appearance. The contractor shall provide all materials, solutions and equipment to accomplish all cleaning tasks outlined in the PWS. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and commercial accepted practices for Deep Cleaning of rooms/facilities as well as Enhanced Clean in accordance with Center for Disease Control's Recommendations for Facilities with Suspected/Confirmed Coronavirus Disease 2019 located at: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/organizations/cleaning- disinfection.html) of identified rooms/facilities as detailed in the Performance Work Statement; see W81K02-20-Q-0116, Attachment 01.
