This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Westone hearing aids and supplies for adult and pediatric hearing aids, ACCES devices for air and ground crew communication, impression taking supplies, custom fit hearing supplies and accessories for Audiology at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The products shall include a three year warranty for hearing aids and 2 year warranty for accessories. The establishment of any BPA does not guarantee any BPA calls or orders. In the event that the Government has a need for items listed under the BPA, the Government shall place calls (orders) in accordance with FAR Part 13.303. Calls will be placed against the BPA as the need for supplies occur. The period of performance will be about 1 May 2020 through 30 Apr 2025 (60 months) or until the maximum value is reached, whichever is earlier. Replies shall include a current price list for the items offered along with the company capability statement describing the products and ability to provide the items indicated.
