This is a Source Sought Notice. The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for various consumable cardiac catheterization supplies for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii. Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of performance will be for five years. The establishment of any BPA does not guarantee any BPA calls or orders. In the event that the Government has a need for items listed under the BPA, the Government shall place calls (orders) in accordance with FAR Part 13.303. Calls will be placed against the BPA as the need for supplies occur. The period of performance will be 01 October 2020 to 30 September 2025 or until the maximum value is reached, whichever is earlier. The NAICS code is 339112 and the vendor must be registered in SAM with this NAICS. The required cardiac catheterization supplies are only compatible with existing Government-owned Cardiac Lab equipment at TAMC. These supplies are to be used in emergent cardiac catheterization interventional procedures as they are solely compatible to the Cardiac Catheterization equipment suite used in the Department of Medicine at TAMC. The Government owns the cardiac lab equipment model Allura XPER FD20. Interested parties shall reply to the Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific via email to Wendi Young-Asao at Wendi.t.young-asao.civ@mail.mil. Replies shall include a current price list for the items offered along with the company capability statement describing the products and ability to provide the items indicated. Telephone requests will not be honored. Responses are due by 3 April 2020, 10:00 AM Hawaii standard time. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
