This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 146 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, if necessary, and award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract with Firm Fixed-Prices for Biofire Filmarray Respiratory and Gastrointestinal Panel Kits for Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is W81K0220Q0029. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6505, size standard is 1250 employees and the NAICS code of 325413. This procurement is being solicited as a Brand Name Only requirement. See W81K0220Q0029 Attachment. Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, and its addendum applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. Provision at 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items and its addendum applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and its addendum applies to this acquisition. The deviation to clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR clauses that are applicable to this acquisition are in the attachment to the combined synopsis/solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating is not applicable. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract with Firm Fixed Prices for BioFire Filmarray Respiratory and Gastrointestinal Panel Kits for a base period of 01 February 2020 to 30 September 2020 with four one year options. Contract Requirements - The successful quoter shall be required to meet the requirements of the combined synopsis/solicitation attachment. Quoters shall quote their unit pricing based on the maximum quantities identified in each Contract Line Item Number.
