THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources capable of providing electroneurodiagnostic technologist services on an as needed basis for scheduled and emergency cases at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The intent is to establish one (1) firm-fixed price purchase order. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 621399 and the annual size standard is $8 Million. The qualifications for this requirement are as follows: Qualifications: The contractor shall have at least one (1) year of experience providing same or similar services to VA or DoD MTFs; the ability to provide neuromonitoring coverage of at least two (2) simultaneous operating rooms; and the ability to provide coverage for cases that occur after hours and on weekends. Contractor personnel shall meet the following qualifications: Education: - College degree: an associate degree at a minimum from an accredited school in Electroneurodiagnostic Studies or its equivalent - Maintain 10 CEU’s annually Licensure/Certification/Registration: - CNIM Certification and/or ABNM Certification (required) - BCLS and/or ACLS Certification - Be in good standing with the American Society of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists (A.S.E.T.) Experience: - More than 5 year’s independent intraoperative monitoring experience - Able to set-up and perform independent intraoperative monitoring studies independently - Able to write independent intraoperative monitoring reports for surgical procedures The Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing no later than 1 February 2021 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time. Vendors are invited to submit information demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement in the form of a capability response that addresses the specific requirement identified in this notice.
