Pre-Solicitation Notice to award under Solicitation W81K0221Q0232 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Branch), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed award under solicitation W81K0221Q0232 to Therapath Partners LLC for a one (1) year base period and two (2) one (1) year options, for a total of three (3) years, with an estimated value of $735,840.00. The services being acquired are for Nerve Fiber Testing and Sweat Gland Analysis for patients in need of “punch biopsies” for Epidermal Nerve Fiber Testing. Based on market research, no other sources can meet the government's current requirement and therefore, it is not possible to compete this acquisition. However, in the future, the JBLM-HCB, along with MAMC, will continue to perform market research to monitor any changes in the status of this requirement. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
