Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed-price BPA Call under solicitation W81K0221Q0222 to Globus Medical, Inc. in the amount of $200,000.00 for Surgical Implants and Spinal Products at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint-Base Lewis McChord, Tacoma, WA. The Surgeon and Surgical Team has made the determination that these specialty implants will meet the salient characteristics of the surgical requirement to complete the patient’s surgical procedure and will lead to a positive and full recovery. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
