Pre-solicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K02221Q0143 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed-price BPA Call award under solicitation W81K0221Q0143 to Medtronic Inc., in the amount of $150,000.00 for procurement of Surgical, Bone Graft & Tissue Implants used for specific patient surgical procedures, at the Department of Anesthesia & Operative Services (DOAS) at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. The Surgeon and Surgical Team has made the determination that these specialty implants will meet the salient characteristics of the surgical requirement to complete the patient’s surgical procedure for a positive and full recovery. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
