Notice of Intent The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a sole source, firm fixed-price, non-personal contract for preventive maintenance and repair service for Ortho Vision Blood Analyzer Grouping System located at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital, South Korea. Services to include all labor, parts, material, and travel to maintain Ortho Vision Blood Analyzer Grouping System in fully functional state, in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications. This requirement is for base period 1 October 2020 – 30 September 2021 plus 4 one year options to include the clause at FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics Singapore Pte. Ltd. Korea Branch, as they are the only trained certified vendor capable of providing the Government with the necessary certificates required to perform on-site and off-site support preventive maintenance and repair services on Ortho Vision Blood Analyzer Grouping System. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS code of this procurement is 811219 and the size standard is $22M.
