SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION FOR ORTHO VISION ANALYZER INTRODUCTION The Regional Health Contracting Office- Pacific (JBLM-HCB) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/requesting a suite of reagents and supplies for Ortho Vision analyzer. The Ortho Vision provides an automated testing environment that allows for resolution of diagnostic checking and documentation throughout the testing procedures vital to the safety and integrity of results required for the blood bank. The Ortho Vision Analyzer is Government-Owned equipment. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or signify an RFQ will ultimately be issued. Further, Joint Base Lewis McChord-Health Contracting Branch (JBLM-HCB) is not at this time seeking quotes. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6515 (Medical and Surgical Equipment and Supplies). SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 X 11 inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) demonstrating ability to provide the products/systems listed in this Technical Description. Documentation should be in bullet format. No phone or email solicitations with regards to the status of the RFP will be accepted prior to its release.
