Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), Kim Clinic, and Woods Clinic, to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and /or maintain the Government owned equipment, in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 December 2020 through 30 November 2021, plus four one-year options, plus the FAR 52.217-8 option to extend. The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to ACF Technologies, Inc., as ACF Technologies, Inc. has the proprietorship of the Q-Flow system and is the only company authorized to support the Q-Flow system at this time. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 811212 and the size standard is $30M. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract to the successful offeror. Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), Kim Clinic, and Woods Clinic have a requirement for Extended Hardware Warranty Service for the Patient Queuing System (Q-Flow), to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and /or maintain the Government owned equipment, in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 December 2020 through 30 November 2021, plus four one-year options, plus the FAR 52.217-8 option to extend. The Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing no later than 6 MAY 2020 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Vendors are invited to submit information demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement in the form of a capability response that addresses the specific requirement identified in this notice.
