This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 811219 and the size standard is $22M. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order to the successful quoter. Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) has a requirement to provide maintenance and support services for Government owned RFID-Equipped IntelliCab Will-Call Storage System located in TAMC Outpatient Pharmacy, Family Medicine Pharmacy, NEX Pharmacy, and the Warrior Ohana Medical Home. The maintenance and support service includes software updates and telephonic support all day all hours (24/7). The contractor will perform original equipment manufacturers warranty repairs and/or perform the service necessary to keep the equipment and software in good working condition. Support services to include all labor, parts, test equipment, travel, and materials not government furnished necessary to repair and/or maintain the system components operational to include original manufacturer (OEM) warranty repairs and/or system recovery if replacement parts are supplied under the OEM warranty.
