This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is W81K0225QA084. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. The size standard is 800 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6515, Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment and supplies Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific intends to award a firm fixed priced purchase order resulting from this RFQ on the basis of quotation conforming to the solicitation and at an evaluated fair and reasonable price. Offeror shall complete the line-item pricing structure below in addition to any provided quote material in company format. Typically, in accordance with FAR Part 29, the Federal Government is exempt from state and local sales taxes; however, the total contract price shall include any other non-exempt applicable federal, state, local taxes, or duties. Contract Period of Performance: This requirement is for a purchase order with a required delivery date of 31 December 2025.
