SOLICITATION NOTICE - The government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Priced contract for an Eckel CL-MD-DW LP2 PR Custom 8-man Audiometric (Hearing) booth (Brand Name or Equal) for the Internal Reynolds Army Health Center (RAHC), Fort Sill, OK 73503. In accordance with DoDI 6055.12 Section 3.8 (2), the hearing both shall meet current American National Standard Institute - ANSI/ASA S3.1, ANSI/ASA S3.6, and other industry standards for audiometers. Offeror shall transport, install, train personnel on usage/mintenance, and warranty equipment. See Technical Exihibit A - Room Layout, and Technical Exhibit B - Building Layout. The offeror shall be the manufacturer or an authorized distributer from the manufacturer. Offerors shall conform to the requirments of the Soliciation including the Statement of Work, FAR Provision 52.212-1 (Including Addendum 52.212-1, and FAR Provision 52.212-2 (Including Addendum 52.212-2). Soliciation will close at the time specified within the SAM Posting and solicitation. See Addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-1 for Question and Answer Period.
