After the award, the Contractor will invoice for the actual hours the FTE works. It is responsibility of the Offeror to propose the billable hourly rate which includes the unburdened hourly rates, fringe benefits and other direct/indirect rates (G&A, overhead, profit, etc). The SCA wages are for the guidelines only as the lower benchmark. It is business decision of the Offeror to propose the competitive wages to attract and retain the workforce. 13 March 2024: Amendment 0001 is issued to: 1. See Attachment 5_PWS_Log Support_Amended_13MAR24 1 March 24 The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, has a requirement to provide a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the non-personal services for a total of 108 Full Time Equivalent (FTEs) comprised of 77 FTEs Supply Technicians, 17 FTEs Warehouse Specialists, three (3) FTEs Project Manager, three (3) FTEs Administrative Assistants, two (2) FTEs Quality Assurance Specialists, two (2) FTEs Drafter CAD Operator, one (1) FTE Facility Planner, two (2) System Administrators, and one (1) FTE Database Sustainment Specialist in support of Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. This requirement is solicited as a competitive 8(a) using Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection procedures. Therefore only 8(a) certified vendors will be considered. The deadline to provide questions is 8 March 2024, 2:00 PM, Central Standard Time.
