This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K0024Q0051 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 with a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees. This requirement is 100% set aside to Small Businesses. Only those qualified small business sellers registered in SAM.gov with NAICS code 339113 may submit a quote. Please read the attachment in its entirety for required fill-in clauses, terms and conditions, correct pricing format, etc. Questions will be held at the same time of the Site Visit- 4 March 2024, 10:00AM (Mountain). Only Offerors that attend the site visit can submit and ask questions on the spot at the site visit concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Government to respond. Questions received after the site visit held 4 March 2024, and prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.
