The solicitation number is W81K00-24- Q-0010 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-03 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20221219. This solicitation is for a service contract on Leica manufactured equipment for Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210 with a size standard of 34,000.000. This acquisition is conducted as a small business set aside. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached.
