The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, (MRCO-W), Fort Sam Houston, TX anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to support Brooke Army Medical Center, Joint Base San Antonio to acquire a personal services contract to provide twenty (20) Full Time Nurse Case Managers to provide patient centered, individual, and family level case management. This requirement will be solicited as an 8(a) competitive procurement using Best Value – Trade Off Source Selection procedures. Therefore, only 8(a) certified Small Businesses will be considered. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with base period of twelve (12) months, 01 April 2023 through 31 March 2024, plus four (4), 12-month option years. The Government reserves the right to exercise or not exercise the option periods as specified. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 621399 – Office of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $9M. The solicitation number is W81K00-23-R-0005. The solicitation will be available on/about 1 December 2022 at website (https://sam.gov/).
