This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-23- Q-0020 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will be not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20220623. This solicitation is for Philips EP1Q7 Software upgrade for the government owned system located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson CO. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 513210 with a size standard of $41,500,000. This acquisition is conducted as a full and open competition. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached.
