COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W81K00-22-Q-0169 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-22- Q-0169 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will be not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20220623. This solicitation is s for (2) each Programmer Tester Hearing Aid required at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, Texas. Delivery 30 September 2022. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 with a size standard of 1250 employees. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 and Addendums are attached.
