This contract is for the provision and management of non-personal services in the form of sharpening, repairing, laser etching, and maintaining all BAMC surgical instruments and instrument containers as well as for entering data into an instrument tracking system. Contractor is responsible for providing all resources necessary to perform these contracted services. Contractor will pick-up and return all instruments to and from the Sterilization/Processing/Distribution (SPD) Section under the Department of Operative Services (DOPS) located at BAMC, 3551 Roger Brooke Drive, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234. All services will be performed within a contractor-owned/operated work facility. If such a facility is a mobile vehicle, the Contractor is permitted to station the vehicle on BAMC property while in the course of performing these contracted services.
