This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K0022Q0115 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-045 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20220318. This solicitation is for an Autorefractor & Keratometer with Acuity System for William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, Texas. Delivery will be estimated 30 days from award.
