Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the Regional Contracting Office - Central intends to issue a sole source award with Mesa Laboratories Inc. for Service Maintenance on government owned TSMP Monitoring equipment, for a one (1) year Base year period and four (4) one (1) year option periods at Weed Army Community Hospital (WACH) Fort Irwin, CA. Mesa Laboratories Inc. has proprietary rights as the OEM for all software, service, and maintenance for the Government Owned Equipment under this contract. This notice is not a request for quote and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated services can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability.
