The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the public of a sole source award to Cepheid for service agreements for Cepheid-brand machines at Reynolds Army Health Clinic in Fort Sill, OK. The proposed award date is 6 April 2022 under contract W81K0022P0107 and will have a base year and four option periods, all of which will last a year in length. Any interested parties are welcome to submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which all shall be considered by the issuing agency. Pursuant to the authority at FAR 5.207(c): (1) NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER (NSN): RESERVED (2) SPECIFICATION: This requirement will be a sole-source award to provide service agreements for Cepheid-brand machines at Reynolds Army Health Clinic in Fort Sill, OK. (3) MANUFACTURER: Cepheid; Item Numbers to be serviced: GX16A1Y, GX44A1Y. (4) DESCRIPTION: This requirement is to provide service agreements to four Cepheid-brand machines. (5) MATERIAL OF MANUFACTURER: RESERVED (6) QUANTITY: Each performance period will have four CLINs with a qty of 12 each; each CLIN represents a machine to be worked. (7) UNIT OF ISSUE: Months (8) DESTINATION: Fort Sill, OK (9) DELIVERY SCHEDULE: This contract will have a base and four option periods all of which will last twelve (12) months in length. (10) DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: 6 April 2022 to 5 April 2027.
